Kestrel Technologies, based in Aylesford, Kent have been trading since 2006. We are a small family-run business who pride themselves on quick turnaround, exceptional quality, and great attention to detail. We have a wealth of experience machining various components for the following sectors: F1, Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace, Marine, film/TV and shop models.

At Kestrel, we have a total of 9 CNC machines, which include 5-axis capabilities with a maximum machining envelope of 2600 x 1700 x 1300mm in 5-axis and 1500 x 640 x 500mm in 3-axis.

Our specialist team are trained in all sectors from programming to hand finishing and uses the latest CAD/CAM software to run our 9 CNC machines. This means that the engineer assigned to your project can follow this from the beginning to the end, ensuring that our customers’ requirements are met. We also have a variety of inspection equipment, including laser scanning. This means we can produce a report and inspect your components before delivery to ensure all tolerances are met. With all of this, we can help bring your designs into reality and ready for you to use, even if your needs are based on a single component or multiple batch parts.
